Australia: UBS uses Dream Report to oversee their Crack Units
United Bank of Switzerland (UBS) is using Dream Report to control Data from their Data Center located in Melbourne and Sidney. Dream Report is connected to PC Vue Scada stations exchanging together information from multiple stations. Dream Report is aggragating up to 2000 Data and generates automatically report combining Information from the 2 sites. all reports are available over the Internet using Dream Report Web Portal. UBS will extand this year this application to their Data Center located in Singapour and Beijing.
France: Unither Pharmaceuticals select Dream Report for its new ophtalmologic production unit
To control the newest ophtamologic gel production line, Unither pharmaceuticals has selected Dream Report to automatically generate batch production reports. Being design for industrial automation, the product was selected for its ability to easily execute and publish batch report automatically and On demand. Finally Dream Report data logger enables to archive all key production values and analysis on SQL Server database.
Portugal: Water of Portugal deploys Dream Report in their overall water treatment stations
Water of Portugal has adopted Dream Report as the universal Reporting Tool for their water treatment factories. Mainly connected to Citect Scada system Dream Report stations must provide automatic and on demand report to multiple users about the quality, the consumption and the day to day plant processes for maintenance purposes. The system integrator, the company INOUT, is also deploying Dream Report Web Portal to publish easily reports over the internet
France - Dream Report helps Total Petrochemicals to get gaz consumption information
Total Petrochemicals France has a Pipeline of 390 km between Carling (Moselle) and Viriat (Ain). The Pipeline provides ethylene form ATOFINA factory to several industrial customers and to the underground storage center in Viriat. 3 Dream Report stations were installed by Emerson France, to capture all relative information and provide hourly and daily reports about the process and the Gaz consumption for each customer. The data collected are coming from DeltaV software and ROC RTU systems, both from Emerson Process Management. "The reporting application will help Total Petrochemicals to better serve their customers" says Philippe Desterne from Emerson. They ask the simplest solution to get reports on demand and automatically, and this is why we present Dream Report.
Netherlands - HEROS uses Dream Report in waste processing.
HEROS in the Netherlands process waste products of house combustion installations. The company process more then 100.000 ton/year. Products are arriving per lorry and ship from Belgium, France and Germany. Since they need to respect very strict legislation, reporting is very important for Heros. They collect data from Several PLC's and store these in a database. Management needs reports on the process and alarms. Dream report was implemented by internal staff.
